Cancelation Policy

 

Respectful Reminders:

  • Out of respect for your time and mine, I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer that time slot to another guest.

  • Life happens! If something unexpected comes up, please don't hesitate to let me know as soon as possible.

    • Call (leave a message if I can't answer)

Cancellation Fees:

  • Late cancellations (with less than 24 hours' notice): A 50% non-refundable cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file..

No Show Policy

 

A 100% non-refundable charge for the full-service amount will be charged to the credit card on file.

 

Booking Policy

 

Booking Information:

  • All appointments must be booked online.

  • A valid credit card is required to book your appointment, but it will not be charged unless there's a late cancellation or no-show.
