  • New Clients Welcome!

    To ensure a smooth booking experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that all first-time appointments be made online. This allows you to easily choose the perfect time slot and service for your needs.

    When booking your appointment, you'll be required to have a valid credit card on file. However, your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It will only be used in the case of a late cancellation (with less than 24 hours' notice) or a no-show appointment.

  • Respectful Reminders:

    Out of respect for your time and mine, I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer that time slot to another client.

    Life happens! If something unexpected comes up, please don't hesitate to let me know as soon as possible.

    Cancellation Fees:

    Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. You can find the full details of my cancellation policy here or by calling/texting/emailing me at 209.456.0062.

    Running a bit late? We understand! Please call or text us as soon as possible to let us know. However, arriving significantly late (more than 15 minutes) may affect the length of your treatment or require rescheduling to avoid impacting other guests.

    Seasonal Support: Facials at least once per season can help your skin adapt to the changing weather. This can minimize seasonal breakouts or dryness, keeping your home skincare routine effective year-round.

  • Enjoy your post-facial glow! Here are some aftercare tips to keep your skin looking radiant:

    Protect your skin: Avoid direct sunlight for the next few days and be sure to wear SPF every 2 hours when you are outdoors.

    Skip the exfoliation: Hold off on exfoliating your skin for 48-72 hours after your facial to allow it to recover.

    Purging: Sometimes after a facial, you may experience breakouts (purging). This is normal and indicates your skin is clearing impurities. Resist the urge to pick! Let your skin clear up naturally.

    Have questions? Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns about your skin after your facial.

  • The Bloom Room accepts cash & all major credit cards for services & gratuities. Not accepting Venmo.

  • Skin care is not an exact science. Each individual’s medical history, lifestyle, and skin behaves differently; therefore, no specific results or freedom from adverse side effects can be guaranteed.

    We will take all reasonable precautions to minimize complications. It is critical that you disclose all relevant information honestly so that your treatment can be adjusted to reduce the risk of complications. Potential adverse side effects of facials include, but are not limited to:

    • Swelling of the face

    • Redness of the treated area

    • Blistering or crusting of the skin

    • Scarring

    • Infection

    • Cuts or burns

    • Changes in skin pigmentation

    • Allergic reactions to products used

    • Stinging

    I have had the opportunity to ask my esthetician, Krystal Stelle, any questions I may have. I understand that this is a cosmetic procedure with inherent risks and potential side effects, and I voluntarily choose to proceed with full knowledge of these risks. I affirm that I have truthfully discussed my personal history with Krystal Stelle and understand that providing false information may lead to undesirable consequences. I also acknowledge that failing to follow post-care instructions may result in complications or undesired outcomes.

    I understand that Krystal Stelle and The Bloom Room do not diagnose illness, disease, or any physical or mental conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to waive and release Krystal Stelle and The Bloom Room from any present or future claims, suits, or related causes of action.

    The Bloom Room provides cosmetic skin care services performed by Krystal Stelle, a licensed esthetician under the Oregon Health Licensing Office, not a licensed massage therapist. These services are limited to cleansing, exfoliation, and superficial skin stimulation for aesthetic enhancement, as defined by ORS 690.005. They do not include therapeutic massage, deep tissue manipulation, or medical treatment, which are reserved for licensed massage therapists or healthcare professionals under ORS 687.011.

    I confirm that these services are not intended to treat muscle tension, physical injuries, or medical conditions. I have disclosed any relevant skin conditions (e.g., allergies, sensitivities) to The Bloom Room and understand that results may vary and are not guaranteed.

    In consideration of receiving these services, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Krystal Stelle and The Bloom Room from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from unforeseen outcomes, skin reactions, or injuries, provided the service is performed with reasonable care and skill consistent with esthetician standards.

    Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krystal Stelle and The Bloom Room from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my actions or omissions, including but not limited to failure to disclose relevant medical information, not following post-care instructions, or misuse of products or services. This indemnification applies to claims brought by me or any third party and is part of this agreement.

    I enter this agreement voluntarily and acknowledge my right to terminate the service at any time.

    I have read the information above and have addressed any concerns with Krystal Stelle and The Bloom Room. I authorize Krystal Stelle to perform the discussed procedure and agree to hold them harmless from any liability that may result from this treatment.

    This waiver will be kept on file and applies to all facial services I receive today and in the future.

    Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.
